This Refund Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled for PageRecall Pro. PageRecall operates as a subscription-based software service. When you upgrade to PageRecall Pro, you gain access to additional features such as extended data retention, exports, and enhanced analytics. Because the Pro plan provides immediate access to digital services and infrastructure resources, all purchases are considered final once the subscription is activated.
All PageRecall Pro purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you acknowledge and agree that: • Access to Pro features is granted immediately after payment. • Due to the nature of digital services, we do not provide refunds once a subscription has been activated. • Partial usage, change of mind, or unused time remaining in a billing cycle does not qualify for a refund. Please review the product features and pricing carefully before completing your purchase.
PageRecall Pro subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing period you selected (monthly or yearly). At the start of each billing cycle, your payment method on file will be charged automatically through Stripe. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel it before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel: • Your Pro subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan. • No additional charges will occur after cancellation. Canceling a subscription does not generate a refund for the current billing cycle.
All payments for PageRecall Pro are securely processed by Stripe. PageRecall does not store or process credit card numbers directly. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor responsible for handling all billing transactions. If you experience payment issues such as duplicate charges or billing errors, please contact us and we will work with Stripe to investigate the issue.
In rare situations such as accidental duplicate payments or confirmed billing errors, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can investigate the issue promptly.
